Task 3 – Source Analysis: Stalinism and the Methods of Stalinist Control

Task

Source analysis (Task 3). An in-class source analysis based on content related to a significant idea (Stalinism) and the methods employed by the Stalinist regime to control society (propaganda and the arts, repression, the Purges, the Show Trials and the Great Terror). Official SCSA weighting: 10% of the Year 12 course (Source analysis type weighting 20%).
