Print one set per group on card and cut out all the cards. Use them for a matching game (lay all cards face up and pair each raw material with its processed material) or a memory game (turn cards face down and find matching pairs).

How it is processed (simple)
Wool → yarn
Sheep are shorn, the wool is cleaned, then spun into yarn and knitted or woven.
Sand → glass
Sand is heated until it melts, then cooled into clear, hard glass.
Oil → plastic
Oil is separated and its parts are joined into long chains to make plastic, then shaped.
Ore → metal
Ore (rock with metal in it) is crushed and heated to get the metal out, then shaped.
Tree → paper
Wood is broken into a soft pulp, pressed flat and dried into paper.
Wheat → bread
Wheat is ground into flour, mixed into dough and baked.
Clay → brick
Wet clay is shaped into blocks and baked hard in a kiln.
Cotton → T-shirt
Cotton is picked, cleaned, spun into thread and woven into fabric.
